 ASI manufactures a comprehensive line of AM transistors for UHF, Avionics, Radar and Microwave applications. These AM transistors were originally made by Microwave Semiconductor Corp. and S.T. ASI's AM transistors cover a range of 60 MHz to 3.0 GHz with a power output of 1 watt to 600 watts. |
